Physical Product Return & Refund Policy
Returns: I accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll replace it at no cost. Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Digital/Downloaded Product Return & Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final. Because digital files cannot be “returned,” I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue with the file (corruption, missing content, or inability to open the format), contact me and I’ll make sure you receive a working copy of the file you purchased.
