Troubleshooting or maintaining your EufyMake E1 is stressful enough without repeatedly measuring, cutting, and splicing test-print material.

The BigSarge207-3D Test Print Kit provides a faster, cleaner, and more repeatable system. Its purpose-built cutting guide turns one 11 × 14-inch sheet of watercolor paper into three full-length, single-piece test sheets sized for the E1 standard bed—with only one inch of total waste.

No measuring every strip. No joining two short pieces. No improvised test material.

After printing, date each sheet and store it in the included organizer to build a physical history of your printer’s performance.

Why This Kit Was Created

This kit grew out of the “Ink Crisis of 2026,” when I spent five hours performing 17 cleaning and test-print cycles to recover a severely clogged E1 printhead.

Preparing material for every test added unnecessary frustration. My emergency solution worked, but the test strips tore during removal and left me without a complete record of the recovery.

The Test Print Kit was designed to solve three problems:

• Prepare correctly sized test sheets quickly.
• Use one continuous sheet across the full standard bed.
• Preserve completed tests as a dated maintenance and diagnostic record.

One test print shows the printer’s condition today. A collection of dated prints can reveal changes in nozzle performance, color density, alignment, and print quality over time.

Purpose-Built Cutting System

Place an 11 × 14-inch sheet against the cutting guide and make the guided cuts. One sheet produces three full-length E1 test sheets and a single one-inch waste strip.

For U.S. orders, the X-Acto-style knife handle and five blades store inside the cutting-guide handle beneath a removable magnetic cover. International orders include the empty knife handle only, with no blade installed and no replacement blades.

The included slip-on blade guide limits the exposed blade depth and holds the blade away from the cutting guide’s edge. This helps produce controlled cuts while protecting the guide from accidental blade contact.

Compact Silicone Roller

The roller is sized specifically for working inside the confined space of the E1.

Its soft silicone surface helps:

• Press test material evenly onto the tacky bed.
• Remove trapped air from beneath the sheet.
• Reduce direct finger contact with the printable surface.
• Avoid transferring skin oils to the material.
• Seat other thin, flat substrates evenly.

The silicone roller does not grab the E1’s tacky bed surface, allowing it to continue rolling smoothly even when it passes beyond the edge of the material.

Organized Diagnostic History

The lidded storage bin keeps prepared test sheets and kit supplies together between uses. As tests are completed, it becomes an organizer for your dated diagnostic prints.

Record information such as:

• Test date
• Cleaning-cycle number
• Maintenance performed
• Missing or weak colors
• Nozzle or alignment condition
• Results following cleaning

This creates a useful printer-performance history for troubleshooting, comparing changes over time, or documenting the steps taken before contacting support.

International Shipping Notice

Because international shipping and import rules for knives, blades, and other sharp instruments vary by destination, orders shipped outside the United States include the X-Acto-style knife handle only. No blade is installed in the handle, and no replacement blades are included. International customers will need to obtain compatible blades locally.

Free Nuclear Test Print Download

The Nuclear Test Print is not included as a download with the kit, but it is available free from the EufyMake E1 Open Workshop Facebook group.

The Nuclear Test Print is designed to help clear partial and severe clogs by moving ink through the affected channels. Its selectable layers let you focus on only the missing ink channels or exercise the full range of inks when broader recovery is needed.

After the clog is cleared, the same file becomes a routine maintenance print that helps keep ink flowing and provides a repeatable check that every ink channel remains active.

A Complete Test-Print Workflow

1. Cut three full-length test sheets from one 11 × 14-inch sheet.
2. Use the silicone roller to seat a sheet firmly on the E1 bed.
3. Use the separately available Nuclear Test Print to target affected channels, exercise the full ink set, or perform a routine flow check.
4. Date and label the completed test.
5. Store it for future comparison.
